Our team of managers, consultants and field personnel collectively has over one hundred years of construction experience.
| Rich Pahl, General Foreman rich@citylightsltd.com Rich is a Journeyman Electrician and liaison between the field and the executive management team. Douglas J. d’Autremont, Controller Doug has a Bachelor of Arts degree in accounting. He manages the accounting and finances of City Lights. Edward Mills, Senior Project Manager Ed has an MBA in Operations & Strategic Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering. He has the responsibility of the planning, executing, and closing of numerous projects. Cory Gapstur, Senior Project Manager Cory has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. He has the responsibility of the planning, executing, and closing of numerous projects. Steven Hoffman, Safety Director Steve has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and also is a Journeyman Electrician. He establishes measures to ensure and maintain the physical safety of the outside crews. Cheryl Foley, Project Manager Cheryl has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She is responsible for planning, executing, and closing numerous projects. |
Jim Quirk, General Foreman Jim@citylightltd.com Jim is a Journeyman Electrician and liaison between the field and the executive management team. Zach Hoffman, Project Manager Zach has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance. Claire Barker, Project Administrator Claire has a Bachelor of Science degree. She is responsible for contract management and assists with estimating and project billing. Savanna Hoffman, Project Assistant Savanna has a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration. She assists the project managers and manages the fleet. Kelly Daily, Project Liaison Kelly has an Associate’s degree in science. She is our Project Management assistant. She provides clerical support to Project Managers, handles office operations, and accounts payable. Verenice Rios-Esceverria, Payroll Manager Verenice has an Associate’s degree of Science. She processes payroll, submits certified payrolls and assists with accounting. Nate Gibson, Warehouse Manager Nate is an Electrician with IBEW Local 9. He is responsible for maintaining the warehouse in Chicago Ridge. |
